We will also request an in-person visit (if possible) to inspect the work environment. Construction Process

We'll work with your architect or designer, or just draw out the project and set out detailed project specifications, whether your renovation is little (a kitchen or a bathroom) or large (a whole house).Our team works hard to ensure that your contract is as thorough as possible in order to avoid surprises.

Permits from the DOB

Worldview Group has considerable experience dealing with all DOB permits and requirements in Manhattan, including high-rise buildings. We relieve our clients of all tension by handling the complete permission process!

Client Status Reports and Communication

We make certain that our partners and clients are brought up to date on our work on a regular basis, or as often as necessary. We also use Buildertrend to provide a transparent project schedule and in-progress photos/monitoring to all parties involved.

Orderly Demolition and Cleanup

We are used to following building laws regarding demolition noise and construction hours, as well as ensuring the project site is cleaned up at the end of each day.

Surprising Surprises

Change orders on our end are kept to a minimum due to Worldview Group's high level of accuracy with our project estimations. However, if our client or partners modify their specifications for any piece of work as the project progresses, we can seamlessly update the project budget and timeframe to guarantee alignment with all parties involved.

Project Completion

We ensure that everything is to our client's delight once the project is completed. We have a simple policy: with us, you get the best from start to end, and we even continue to look after you with our two-year warranty!
